About

A CV made of running systems

I am Ahmed Taha — Morglang in most places online. Everything below is claimed against code that is deployed and a URL you can open. Where something is unfinished, unverified or unpaid, the case study says so before you find out.

Capability

What I can do, and where the proof is

Every row names the system it was built in. None of it is a course project.

AI agents in production

Customer-facing agents that answer and act across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email and web chat — reading live store data, changing orders only with confirmation and verified identity, and handing off to humans.

TalosOps — proven on a real store order

Operator agents

Talos: an agent the business owner talks to in Egyptian Arabic that runs their platform — reads the whole account, acts with approval or automatically, plans multi-step jobs, and never takes a credential in chat.

TalosOps — 94 actions

Retrieval that works across languages

Knowledge search where an English or Franco-Arabic question finds the right Arabic document, across Notion, Drive, Sheets, Confluence, Miro, files with OCR and page images — chosen on measurement, not on principle.

TalosOps — pgvector + Cohere embeddings

Multi-tenant architecture

One platform serving many businesses, isolated by the database, with a second boundary for departments inside each tenant; every client is configuration, never a fork.

TalosOps — 424 migrations, 35 modules

Ranking and recommendation

A learner-centred feed with bounded signals, decaying interests, a refusal to learn from impressions, and pagination that survives a score that changes while you scroll.

D Plus+ — the feed and the community

Trust and safety

Publish-first moderation with the model separated from the penalty, a visible state for when the reviewer cannot decide, and appeals.

D Plus+

Payments and money paths

Authorise, capture, void, refund, verified callbacks and a settlement worker, written to fail closed.

D Plus+ — Paymob

Working with coding agents at scale

Half a million lines shipped solo. The method is not faster typing; it is designing systems where being wrong is loud, cheap and early, and settling the decision before the diff.

Method

How I work

01Decide before you diff
Two ways to do this, what breaks in each, which costs more later — then the code. Most of the argument belongs in a paragraph, not in six hundred lines that have to be thrown away.
02Put the invariant where code cannot forget it
Permissions in the database, consequences in written policy, actions behind confirmation. A forgotten check should be a broken feature, not a data leak.
03Measure instead of arguing
Keyword search against embeddings was a question that could have absorbed a week of opinion. An afternoon of measurement ended it permanently.
04Say what is not true yet
Every case study on this site ends with a section on what does not work, what is unverified, and what has no revenue. It is the section that makes the rest worth believing.

This site

The fourth project is the one you are reading

There is no login anywhere on this site — by design. The studio that edits every project, article and video exists only on localhost; in production the route does not render and its actions refuse. The credential is a key on one laptop, and it never ships.

Content is JSON in the repository, so every change arrives as a diff that can be reviewed and reverted. The interactive blocks in the case studies are demonstrations of what the products do and why it matters — none of them describe how a product works inside.

Analytics are cookie-free and store no IP address — country and city come from edge headers, and the session id dies with the tab. Public pages ship the theme toggle, the beacon and the interactive blocks; nothing else is JavaScript.
